For a few months now I've been trying to buy the Stargate SG1 complete box set, including the 2 feature length releases. At first I ordered them on play.com but they couldn't get them in. After about 7 weeks I noticed that Amazon UK were selling them for just a few £ more expensive, so with renewed hope I cancelled the first order and ordered with Amazon. The estimated dispatch date passed and they sent me an E-mail to say that they were experiencing a delay with their supplier, so I waited a few weeks more. However with the new dispatch and delivery dates approaching I received another E-mail saying: "We regret to inform you that we have been unable to source the following item:
Stargate Sg-1 "Stargate SG-1 - Season 1-10 - Complete/The Ark Of Truth/Continuum [DVD]"
Our supplier has informed us that this item is no longer available".
At first I was really disappointed and then I was angry. For me Amazon's reputation has just gone down.
Sorry it's an unusual post for this part of the forum but I just had to tell someone.
