I had an intense special interest for a time, researching about, tasting and collecting small travel size bottles of scotch whisky. As part of this interest, I would watch some Youtube channels made by people who regularly taste and review scotch whisky. That led me to Martine Nouet, aka the Whisky Chef, a chef and food writer from France who now lives on the Scottish Island called Islay (pronounced: Eye-lah) which is famous for producing some of the world's best scotch.
There are about a dozen short videos of her meeting with various natives of Islay which I find interesting since I like cooking and I'd love to visit Islay someday.
