Spiderman and Venom Movies. What are your thoughts?

I watched most of the older Spiderman movies. I liked them, they were pretty fun to watch over all. I haven't seen all of the new ones yet. I did a video on my thoughts about Spiderman movies, games, and the Venom movie.

Also I enjoyed Venom. It was pretty good in my opinion.

Like many, I agree that The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man 3 were disasters waiting to happen with the former being worse than the latter.

Why did Sony and Marvel believe that adding more villains to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 would make the film more appealing to audiences?

While I understand why Spiderman had been left out of the movie because the producer and studio lacked the rights, but to have Venom without Spiderman is like having Darth Vader without the Jedi.

I was pleasantly surprised with Venom, they managed to pull it off without Spider-Man. It wasn't the GREATEST but I thought it was pretty good. I honestly thought Homecoming was the weakest one, it just felt like a teen movie more than a Spider-Man movie.
