the staff of ragdoll really needs to get their heads out of their bongs,
stop being a trippy bunch of idiots
and start making some decent kiddy shows with some coherent educational
properties.

The worst of the worst shows is Barney and Friends. From what I remember from back when I used watch it, and from what I read about it on Wikipedia, the show is horrible. It makes the world seem like a beautiful and gentle place, while for a lot of aspies, it's anything but that. What's the deal with the "let's be happy and love one another" message? It's completely unrealistic even for NTs, let alone aspies.
Mister Rogers Neighborhood! And what's strange is that I watched it when I was younger, but now I can't stand it. I also remember watching it and enjoying only a section where the train approached, with the rest I found quite boring.
I imagine lots of aspies liked 3-2-1 Contact, though. That was one of those shows that may have been made for aspies. If there is an aspie who doesn't like that, given that they have seen it, then I'd have to wonder what really defines aspieness.
I was strange, though. I found Cosmos by Carl Segan to be interesting when I was seven and eight years old. People thought that was very bizarre.

Well, it's not enjoying/being good at science, that's for sure. :P
Anyway, I would also have to go with Barney and Friends - it's just sickening. Also, anime in general just rubs me the wrong way for some reason.

The Wiggles, Teletubbies (I'll admit I would watch it just for the scenes of when they were in their house and just outside of it - I was absolutely fascinated by their environment, but couldn't stand the rest of the show) and I've not watched Barney but the short bits I've seen of it have been horrendous. Having said that, my sister watched the Wiggles once and I ran out of the room at the opening credits!
Of the ones I have had to watch in my life Barney is by far the worst and one of the only ones that I ever really minded (that and Blues Clues), granted theres alot of other kiddish shows now that I have never watched.
The weird thing is that I watched alot of kid shows until I was a teen and still a bit today though I have also noticed that thats not that uncommon just by looking around the dorm ,I think it might be that its fimiliar in a weird setting so freshman watch it alot :shrugs:. I don't really care I have never been that much about age/sex profiles with shows, neither is my lilest bro. And now that I have gone way off topic Ill stop here.

"Ed, Ed, and Eddy", since they're always doing these stupid things and yelling. I really don't like a lot of the newer kiddy shows that are just screaming and making funny noises, or at least I wouldn't like watching them for hours on end. It gets kind of annoying after awhile.
