Any of you watch the show Dark?

Damn that was a crazy one, don't want to spoil the end in case someone who hasn't seen it looks at this, but damn it was not what I expected. Certainly wasn't what you would call a happy ending.

But well the show was german I watched it in the original german with subtitles. Actually almost didn't watch it because when I put it on it had over-dubbing which I found too intolerable, but I looked up if you could watch it in original german, and you just have to switch the language on it on netflix back to the original german in the language/subtitle menu. Because yeah if you watch it you should for sure watch it in german with subtitles to get the full experience of the actors playing their characters.

But yeah I watched it all, thought it was good so figured I'd see if anyone else here liked it. And/or how you feel about watching it in the original german vs with the over-dubbing, I watched in german with english subtitles and do not care to see it with the overdubbing.

I've watched the first 2 seasons. Haven't seen the third yet. I liked it so far. And I always watch everything in original language with subtitles. Half the time I watch stuff on mute with the closed captions even in English. Lol. When I'm alone I need quiet to decompress. If I want sound its on like volume 2, so just enough to hear the emotion on the actors voice. I tend to hate dubbing even in anime, it never fully lines up; in animation or live action and it drives me crazy!

Yeah same here like I want to hear the show the way the original characters/actors say things. LIke I am really annoyed by over-dubbing most of the time. I recall my brother was watching Naruto, and seeing it with the english dubbing I hated it, but one time he was watching it in the original japanese with subtitles and I can say I liked it a lot more that way. Still not a show I'd say I ever got into, but still seeing it with the original language and subtitles made it way more tolerable.

I've been told the show is exceptional.
