There is an essential difference between calling someone a Nazi (which serves as a placeholder for anything ranging from worst human being imaginable to mindless follower of inhumane policies or ideas) - and comparing a group that's being harassed in some way to the Jews and the treatment of Jews in Nazi Germany.
The first one is an insult, but the second one is insulting the adversary by appropriating the unimaginable suffering of one ethnicity at the hand of another.
I find calling someone a Nazi somewhat tasteless, but unless you're restructuring your society to the sole purpose of exterminating me based on my genetics, I'd stay faaaar away from comparing myself to the Jewish people in Nazi Germany.
