Constant Payne and The Modifyers are the shows from Nickelodeon that never got picked up. I don't know any pilots from Cartoon Network. They are countless other Nicktoons that didn't get picked up. I hope Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network do an anthology style faux documentary on their failed pilots. Who's interested in the idea?
