Fun, expected another Harry Potter movie but turned out different and good. I'm not so fan of these kind of sci-fi films, but liked this one. Loved the humor!
How is the first movie, Night Watch?

If you liked DW you'll like NW. They're pretty similar. I love both films. Nothing like Harry Potter...heheheh. I read the English version of the book of Night Watch as well, which both films are based on (since there's too much there to cram into one film). Didn't bother with the other two books...didn't like it enough. I think it probably works better in Russian.

i love day watch. its funny how the titles work with the tone of the movies, night watch has sorta dark tone and day watch has a lighter tone.
also if you want the soundtrack for day watch you could probably find it on ebay.

Also, I just read the wikipedia entry. It seems I watched a closer semi-russian version. Looks like the USA version got some censorship/editing!
