Does anyone ever watch Matlock or Perry Mason? I love both shows. I remember seeing Matlock years ago but started watching Perry Mason when I started my last job working with the court. I love Andy Griffith. Both shows make me happy and get my mind off things which is always a plus :) I would like to buy some of the Perry Mason novels from the 1930's in the future just to see what they're like.

Somebody edited this clip but it's rather hilarious. Matlock loves his hot dogs! I don't blame him. Basically the hot dog was $1.75 and the clip made it look like Matlock was trying to haggle with him  Seeing this clip makes me hungry lol.

My family and I remember Matlock being a popular show back in the 1990s.

We are looking forward to seeing the Matlock reboot when it premieres later this year.
Kathy Bates is the new Matlock.

I only know about these characters because of cartoonish old men ranting about them.

Abe Simpson and Ozzy Osbourne.

The first minute is Nixon and sportscaster Howard Cosell. After that you get to Raymond Burr, as Perry Mason, cross examining then POTUS Richard Nixon in court.

https://youtu.be/xCkB6DFtvvo

At the end Nixon morphs into Humphrey Bogart as Captain Queeg (Herman Wouk's fictional psychotic US Navy captain) in the movie "The Caine Mutiny".
