I've had a similar issue in the past a few times. For me the problem was usually fixed by doing a complete disconnect and reconnect of my internet modem and router in the house. This involves completely disconnecting both from the internet cable and their power source for a minute, then reconnecting the main modem and giving it time to completely power up and reinitialize its programming. Once the modem is fully powered and rebooted, about 5 minutes, I power up and reconnect the wifi router. The one time this didn't solve the problem the internet provider had to replace an outdated modem with a new one.
Thank you. My wife had tried that before, and while I wish I could say it worked, it didn't. But nothing from keeping us from trying it again, I suppose.
