They are so cool that I found three fight battles in the first three on Youtube both in Eng and Jap.

I like the Japanese better for origniality over bs dubbing screwing things up a lot of times.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the Hellsing in all its shapes and forms. I have all the volumes of the manga and DVDs that have been released in English. I love all the male characters, hehe. I despise Integra, but only because she bashes the Catholic church (a church which I belong to).

I'm afraid I have to disagree with you about the dubbing, though. Some food for thought: the characters of Hellsing (aside from Yumie) are all from Western countries, and since all the characters can communicate with the Hellsing organization (based in England), they all speak English. So basically, the way they sound in the dub would be the way they would sound if they were real people. With that line of thinking, I find it too weird to listen to the Japanese version.

On a more personal, aesthetic note, I love the sound of foreign accents, and in the dub the characters have them in spades. Walter, Seras and Integra's English accents, Major and Doctor's German accents, Anderson's Scottish accent, Enrico's Italian accent, Pip's French accent and Alhambra's Spanish accent... Everytime one of them starts to talk, my heart melts.

We have different opinions and thats that.

English is good for some animes I watch but those who are hardcore anime watchers may differ. I just want to hear what it in Japanese before things change due to dubbing.
