I know everyone is going to hate me for this, but my favorite is actually Batman V Superman.
I'll tell you why. It was based very much on The Dark Knight Returns, which I consider to be the greatest Batman comic/graphic novel ever. I especially liked how Aflack's Batman was consumed with a barely controlled rage, plus he had those gadgets and Bat Armor that a mere mortal man as himself can defeat a near god like Superman. That makes up for the movie's failings in my opinion.
