There are quite a few vintage cartoon now under the public domain. One of my favorites is Felix the Cat. I'm sure he doesn't have many fans, even here, but he's still awesome. Anyone else like vintage stuff? (It doesn't have to be from the 20's to be vintage)

Hey...how about Yogi and Boo Boo bear, Huckleberry Hound, The Jetsons and The Flintstones as just a few of the outstanding
cartoons of the past? Cartoons were alot better back then...now, television cartoons have no creative imagination.

"Beany and Cecil" were quite cute.

I see that the tastes seem to run back only so far, although the people who could actually remember the old Felix are almost all dead. Has anybody actually watched anybody's else's posts? I don't remember Beany and Cecil but that looks quite cute.

If anyone is interested I have something else. Who ever would have thought they would see Donald Duck utter the words "Heil Hitler"?

I remember Felix the Cat very well! I use to like those cartoons quite a bit. Anyone remember Herman the mouse? They were good cartoons too, similar to Tom and Jerry.

I like vintage cartoons.

I like Felix the Cat too (Has the t-shirt to prove it).

I also like some not-too-popular Hanna-Barbera cartoons like Top Cat.

Love Looney Toons. I also love those Max Felschier Superman shorts back from the early 40s/

If anyone has access to the boomerang channel, that's good for stuff like that.

I don't have access to it.

I love the old (1930s) black & white Popeye cartoons. If you listen carefully, he's muttering all sorts of stuff under his breath.

We have WWII Latin America propaganda movies made by Disney, Three Cabelleros and Saludos Amigos. Everything I hate about Disney is not on them. :D They are very naughty and fun with great music and lovely artwork.
