There are other good examples by Miyazaki. In addition to the ones you listed, I also liked Kiki's Delivery Service and Castle in the Sky. The music in both of those was awesome.

Everything by Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli is really good.

I double Cowboy Bebop. That got me into Anime properly.

And if you want something more mature (it's an 18):
