Read two days ago that the producers are finally bringing back Red Dwarf after that stupid last episode! Don't know much but it is going to be 60 minutes long and features ALL the original cast! How awesome is that!

I liked the last episode myself, I just didn't care for the fact that it was the last episode. I never saw the movie.

That is great news. It's a great series and the actors deserve every accolade that they receive.

Here's hoping they make it funny again. They really smegged up the 8th season.

I didn't even realize there were others in the states who liked this show, never mind knew bout it.
I really feel at home now.

They have had Red Dwarf conventions in the States. I hope that this is a revival. Why the hell not?

Hopefully Rob Grant will be writing the episode this time as well as Doug Naylor. When he went solo, it just wasn't so funny. Didn't like the ending because it was too inconclusive. Its funny though because Craig Charles is really chubby (chubbier), Chris Barrie is slowly but surely going bald, Robert Llewellyn is really chubby too... the only one who has aged well is Danny John-Jules! I wonder If Chloe Annett is coming back? I also wonder which of the two Hollies is coming back? Who was your favourite? I preferred Norman Lovett, but didn't mind Hattie Hayridge!

I agree. Red Dwarf was the funniest show I've ever watched, but when Grant and Naylor parted ways, it lost much of its brilliant comedic substance.

That'll be because the movie never got made. It was long-rumoured, supposed to be in production at one point, I think... but it hasn't even been made, let alone released, so it's no wonder you never saw it.

I'm looking forward to the comeback.
