I haven't really watched this show yet, but I've been doing lots of research on it (I know all the spoilers already). From what I can tell, it seems pretty obsession-worthy to me.

Who else likes it?

I have it on my brother's(Hehe) queue at Netflix. So one day I hope to find out. Maybe I'll move it the top of queue, ninja style....

It's SO good. It's like a hipp'd up, retro-galactic-space-robot (sometimes tongue-in-cheek) anime with a lot of comedy thrown in. The music, the designs, characters and story all kind of build into this.

By reading all the spoilers, it seems like it would be more dramatic than comedic. It's pretty encouraging to hear that it's not all angst and heartache. The characters are, of course, what brought on my curiosity about the series itself, since I met a young woman on another site who had the whole cast as her entourage of imaginary friends.

It maintains a kind of child-like, almost silly quality, even during the more heavy moments, but that's just the style of the show. You'll see.

After hearing so many good things about it, I'm eager to try it. I'm going to wait to see it until they put out the dubbed DVDs later in the year.
