Are there any good movies or documentaries about autism that I should see?

I've already seen Mozart and the Whale.

About whether Powder, the character, is autistic - unknown. But parallels, yes!

Powder is an albino who is found to be a genius with (perhaps) certain special abilities in the sciences, notably electricity. He is very shy and outcast except by some of his teachers. He has been sent to public high-school after his reclusive guardians die and is housed in a group-home for young men where he is bullied. But it isn't a sad move, per se. Quasi-inspirational (?), I guess. Powder is a compelling character and there is the Aspie connection, for sure. Some good special effects.

I thought Snow Cake was good, with Sigourney Weaver playing the autistic lead character.

MTV did a fair, even-handed and uplifting documentary about this called 'True Life: I Have Autism.' at least I think that's what it was called. It actually helped me discover my motor tics, or rather, that they were Asperger's related.
