This is the one American remake that I thought was as enjoyable as the European original La Cage aux Folle.
Usually American filmmakers really muck them up.

La Cage Aux Folles

The original French version, in French.

The dubbing into English was lousy.

Mother Daughter Exchange Club part 6.

I love that second scene with the mature older, yet sexy brunette and that petite blonde girl...

I wonder how many people know that one of the guys later on played the infamous "Mr. Smith" in The Matrix.
And how about that flipflop dress?

The first ones that come to mind that haven't been mentioned:

A Home at the End of the World
Les chansons d'amour

I liked that one too. I haven't watched very many LGBT movies, but I also liked Hedwig and the Angry Inch and I like Shortbus (not just about LGBT, it had all sexualities)

He he. :)

Well, I personally can live without seeing some of the films on this thread.

I loved Spartacus. I didn't know it was an "LGBT" movie. Perhaps some might say it was homo-erotic in parts, if they want to view it that way.

Does the Wizard of Oz count as an LGBT movie, what with Judy Garland being an icon and all?
I tried watching that on DVD once. Visually stunning, but I couldn't make it all the way through.
