Old Nickelodeon, Looney Tunes, Jonny Quest, My So-Called Life, Doug, Sailor Moon, The Jewel Riders, original Care Bears, Dragnet, I Love Lucy, The Crocodile Hunter... There's alot.

Oh, and I know a few of these still run, like "I Love Lucy", but not enough! Or worse, you have to buy a special channel to watch it.

Jack of All Trades! I forgot about that one. I'd also bring back The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.

Star Trek: Enterprise is another one. Yeah, it sucked at first, but the last two seasons were really good before it was canceled.

All the Star Treks (at once; that would fill up a Saturday evening for me..;)
the Stargates
Babylon 5
Blake's 7 (I hear it's a cross between Farscape and Firefly, ) I keep running into references to it, but have never seen it.
Dead like me
Life on Mars
The Prisoner (actually, anyone who could explain the final episode would be an enormous help..;)

...I'm sure there's others...but that's all that comes to mind

I would say the UK "Life on Mars", but since
1. It wasn't cancelled, despite the fact it only had two seasons/series of only eight episodes a piece (that's just how British TV works)
2. It had an ending
I really can't say that.

"Dead Like Me" is a good choice. The ending was kind not what I wanted, and i've heard nothing of the supposed direct-to-dvd movie that was to come out this year as a continuation of the series with all the cast except for Mandy Patinkin (because he has a busy schedule because he's Mandy freaking Patinkin) and Laura Harris (because she was busy with the now canceled "Women's Murder Club").

"Firefly", duh.

"The Lone Gunmen" as I feel it would've gotten better if given time instead of FOX canceling it.

I would bring back Futurama! I would say that I would like to see more episodes of Father Ted but since the guy who played the main character died I doubt it somehow...

I'd like to see "The Champions" make a comeback. It's a British series about 3 operatives of a secret organization who, after an encounter with a lost civilization, end up with super powers like enchanced strength, senses, telepathy, etc. Find out more here:

http://www.thechampionsfan.homestead.com

Also "U.F.O.", another British cult classic.

http://www.ufoseries.com

Both series didn't last long sad to say, but they are worth a look.

I would watch the old, old "Twilight Zone"; but that´s probably before (most of) your time???

Another favorite is "Fawlty Towers"
