Have you seen the new comedy, The Life Of Riley? You can watch it on the BBC iPlayer if you wanna check it out!

It's the first good new TV show I've seen for quite some time!

Back when I was a kid, there used to be a show called The Life of Riley.....that was in the earlier days of television. Does anyone here remember that?

I know nothing of it (except what I've just read), but my grandmother has occasionally spoken of someone "living the life of Riley" (though I see the expression was around long before The Life of Riley was created). I was never really sure what that meant until now.

actually, I seem to remember it started as a radio show, BTV (Before TV...;)
