I think PepperAnn shows some aspie tendancies. She is literal and clumsy and does go too far like not knowing then to stop like with practical jokes in one of the episodes so she had to have a taste of her own medcine and she is a bit immature.

I only saw about four episodes around 1999 so I can't really tell for sure. However, that theme song is now stuck in my head!! !

I liked that show when I was a kid. That was back when Disney had good stuff on it.
