If you have, what are your thoughts or feelings on the film?

I enjoyed it thoroughly, not laugh out loud but made me smile alot. The main character can teach one alot about how happyness is an attitude, "the glass is half-full" thing. Some scenes were moving, and the scenes with the driving instructor frightened me a couple of times because of the nature of his character (reminded me of someone from my past).

Conclusion: Watch the film. Give me your thoughts when you have done that.

I saw it. People I have known like Poppy in the film tend to confound me. The movie made me realize that there is a reason that some people act like that. It is a way to cope and survive in the world. I think I've felt this way toward people because I'm not happy so the happiness of another person confounds me. I think that people like Poppy would tend to be extroverts though. There was one scene in particular that stood out. It was not so much a scene as the way in which two scenes were edited together. The part where Poppy is asking her driving instructor whether he was bullied in school is immediately followed by a scene where a kid in Poppy's class is attacking another kid. The way this is edited shows that the issue of bullying is of importance to this film. It is also showing that bullying has a tremendous effect on whether or not people are successful in life, and are able to find happiness or not.
