I love this show.

I can't wait for new episodes.

I love(d) it too! Even named one of my cats after a dominant female. But from what I understood of the state of the clans last year, no new filming was going to take place unless one group attained dominance again. The problem was that the main groups in the show had fragmented and that many "wild" males (without tracking chips or ID's and not used to humans) had joined the groups, making them very hard to track in the field. What made the Whiskers clan so unique was that they were both large and had a dominant female of long standing, but with the clan broken up and no real leader, it wasn't the story they wanted to tell. I'd watch anyway, but don't hold your breath till it comes back. Bummer.

I hate hate hate that show with a passion and meerkats are my number one obsession. Before it came out, hardly anyone knew what a meerkat was and I was looked at as weird for liking them so much. Now that meerkat manor has become so popular, I am seen as cool and normal. Also, I was going to be in an Animal Planet documentary about autistic people and animals but since meerkats were my animal, and meerkat manor was in the works and animal planet did not want two meerkat shows at the same time, they wouldn't do it. f**k you animal planet!
