Lemme guess, Postie. She 1) has a relative who worked for an international firm who was a distant relative of yours who has died and left money to be claimed; 2) she is a widow under dreadful circumstances who desperately needs your assistance, could you please send a check right away; or 3) is a solicitor for the late [fill in the blank] who needs to transfer money to the USA and needs someone in-country to agree to accept it. Purely for legitimate business purposes, of course.....?

Yeah, you gotta mind the spring that pops out... no, wait, that's a Colt Commander. Nevermind.

Humm not yet. She still wanted me to add her to my friends list on Skype and me to send her a picture. Boy I hope it's the first one you said. I love trolls, they double teamed me and then switched operators on me. The second one understood American better, although I did pay them both the complement that I was pleased they were learning English. That must be a wonderful thing to be able to converse in more then one language.

Yeah, you have to watch the spring on a 50 caliber machine gun too, it will go through your chest. But then they said go get a head spacer and I thought they were sending me to go get a left handed monkey wrench. Seems when I told the old man about it he said yeah he use to wear one around his neck. Can't have the damn thing nonfunctional, at times. Jam all of the time, hit the breach with oil and off and roaring, nasty things.

QFT! If I had known I was going to live so long, I would have taken better care of myself!

hell, i've been 21 twice and it won't be long til the third go'round.

wish the creaky didn't hit when i was walking down the hall at work though. was just waddling along, minding my business, deep in thought when my hip decided to twinge hard enough that i yelped. people stuck their heads out of their office doors asking if i was ok. said yep, just a twinge, and they said so what did i do? so i said, i was walking and it just decided to. they have no concept that these things just pop up out of nothing.... ah, to be 30 again.....

oh, yeah. we were at target last night, they have their house-brand groceries on at 15% off... anyway, came across pepsi "natural" - they've made pepsi with old-fashioned sugar rather than corn syrup. it tastes very much like the soda i remember from my childhood. nothing in it but fizzy water, cola nut extract, sugar, caffeine, apple juice (which surprised me). is actually pretty good. was hoping to find it in a 2 litre but they only had little glass bottles of it at about a dollar a bottle. hope it takes off, as it was quite nice.

I attended a workshop about Asperger's and adolescence two days ago, and will post about it in more detail later.
