Hi everyone, I'm a graduate student in biology, and I enjoy herpetology, ornithology, paleontology, and most things animal or fossil related. Aside from that, I write and doodle in my spare time, and love Mexican and Indian food (not together)! I used the site on and off again some time ago, but I'm here again.

Do you know the name of your old account?

Perhaps someone might recognise you if you share this?

I wanted to change my username, and I didn't use my old account much regardless.

Welcome back to the site. You sound a little like an Aspie (Asperger's Syndrome). Is that a fit?

Yes, I was diagnosed at age 2. I was very obviously autistic, and had a good deal of socialization, behavioral therapy, and physical therapy following the diagnosis, with mixed results.

One of the ways we (Aspies) are different then most people is our way of learning. We find something that interest us, that attacks our attention and we deep dive into it. We learn everything we can about it and store away the knowledge. Over time we can become subject matter experts on many different things. The world is a huge place and there is so much to learn.
