Can someone give me some advice because I have no idea what I’m doing with my life :/
Hi
Aosull05I will try. You are
depressed. That means
something is wrong. If you fix what is wrong, your life will get better.
So what is wrong and how do I fix it??????
Humans are a very complex construct. We are many times more complex then what most people think. That is because we have multiple brains. Some exist on the left side of our skull and others on the right side. They try and work together.
I am 76 years old and I learned early to control my stress. So perhaps you might copy what I do and perhaps you may find some relief.
There are two steps to overcoming stress. These are
sleep and
exercise.
Sleep is very important but you must create a perfect sleep environment. About 50 years ago I purchased a waterbed and for the past 50 years, it provides me with the best sleep. There are many phases of the sleep cycle.
REM and
deep NREM sleep are critical. During the night your body passes from one cycle to another to another to another, constantly on the move. Some of the modern watches can tell you how much sleep you are getting each night. But the key is to get good sleep, good deep sleep.
Exercise is the other important requirement. You need around a hour per day of strenuous exercise. Even though I am 76 years old, I can swim a mile. Normally I just walk up and down my steep hill each day. This is very easy for me because all I have to do is just walk out my door and walk up and down my hill.
So if you are feeling stress, try these two steps and see if you can experience results and find relief.
