Advice? Two strategies that helped me are:
- Give thought to which path forward to follow.
- Whatever path you are on, keep going!

I was often unhappy, or very unhappy, or miserable but I tried to choose the best path forward and keep going.

It took a long time, but I reached a good place!

I dug a little deeper. You have Asperger's Syndrome. That is the same condition that I have. You also wrote that you are majoring in college in Physics. That is interesting, that is the same area that I obtained a degree in from UCLA.

Then you wrote about your interest: basketball, physics, love, cars, sports, videogames, Nu rock.
Basketball and sports are good, they will help you keep your brain working properly as you get older.
Cars. When I was a few years older then you I purchased a fast car, a really, really fast car. It was a 1970 426 hemi cuda.

It was like driving a rocket ship.
