PS Watch out for the really little shards, they fly quite a distance and they are like little glass needles if you step on 'em.

Oh, so you've hurled a few yourself I take it. Ah yes, do they fly! I swept with broom and then wiped up with scrub rag. I'll go in again and run the vacuum. Grandkids are always barefoot in the kitchen so I've got to do a good job of cleaning up.

This just in: Corelle dinnerware is not unbreakable! If thrown full force in the direction of husband who has messed with wife's reality one too many times. It will shatter into thousands of shards as said husband high tails it out the door to go fishing with a look of utter shock and disbelief on face. The positive effects of Corelle hurling by wife on wife is a great sense of calm, much like the effects of xanax or orgasm. The negative effects on wife is the sight of her half eaten scrapple and eggs all over the walls and mixed in with the shards of Corelle on the kitchen floor. Pictures taken before clean up by wife will be submitted at a later date for proof that Corelle dinnerware is not unbreakable.

 LOL

reminds me of the time I was cutting kindling with a little hatchet and my husband walked into the kitchen with "our" friend. He didn't know I had read her love letter to him and his to her just an hour before. Seattle's lovely Queen Anne hill neighborhood was treated to the sight and sounds of an incensed autistic woman chasing a very fast, very frightened man down the streets and alleys wielding a small axe intent on doing murder.

But the best memory was when I shot off both barrels of the sawed off shot gun (that he was holding in lieu of a drug dealing loan) into the double bed that he had dove under to get away from me just brandishing it for effect.

boy, they just don't know what we are capable of, do they?!

That makes me wonder: when conservatives advertise the many joys of marriage, they never mention this sort of thing. Why not? It seems the memory gives you a nice, warm glow many years later, and I can sympathise. Perhaps I should try this marriage lark after all. There was a singles list somewhere on WP...

[Wanders off composing lonely hearts ad. Hmmm.... "Carbon-based life form, WSOH, seeks rational individual of suitable species and sex for legal union and the generation of many warm, fuzzy memories"? Yeah, that should do.]

8O

I thought I was bad, throwing plates of food across the room, ( like CC), on a couple of occasions, a beaker of juice at his desk with fax machine on, entire file of work-notes and client info out of the window of a 13th floor flat , and so on... i guess i was lucky to never have a gun in my hand! :D

:study:

Posted a better version of my Broken Dishes remix below. I thought it was possible to embed the remix into this post, but the viewer/reader keeps getting directed to photobucket's site.

If you want him to get that message, you could print out Merle's post, and use it as a bookmark in a copy of Guns & Ammo. Just leave it lying around accidentally.

Congratulations on your throw. Looks like a good impact.

Sounds like a plan. I'll put Merle's post in the Bass-Pro catalog he keeps in the bathroom.

You'v  e got a very good point there, as well as a roaring sense of humor, Nan. Guns-n-Ammo it is then. Although having a treble hook stuck in your ass isn't a pretty sight either.

I don't frequent those websites so I can relatively honestly say I've never seen a treble hook stuck in anyone's nether regions, nor do I want to. Ever. Really.

I did accidently hook my cousin with a single hook through the nose once while fishing, and it was before piercing for guys became stylish.

FIRST BIKE RIDE of the year on Earth Day (how apropo) :D Did 24 miles alltogether, but man, does my butt hurt. It was beautiful out, still a few icy spots on the trails but I'll live. I'm SO happy!! !! ! Gonna go ride some more today, while Mini-Reika is at school. I only have a month to ride while shes at school and then I have to pay a babysitter (her older sister, the only person I really trust w/ her)) to watch her while I ride.
Gonna ride in the "Walk and Roll for Hope" in May, its not very far (the bike ride part) but its for the foundation where I get her grants from so I want to give back something. My only problem is I seem to be unable to ask people to sponsor me. I just get all tounge-tied when I think of asking someone. Two of the girls from work put in money w/out me having to ask, but thats the only sponsers I have.
When my boss saw me (78 year old Greek Man) he asked me what was wrong, and I told him my butt hurt, he just smiled and said "Vasilene" He always makes me laugh. Its like his mission, I love him for caring if I ever laugh or not.

funny, i never know what to say to you, even though you seem quite nice,
but if you're biking i'm like "i'm a biker too ! !!'
;)

How did you (or he) get the hook out? It must have been very painful.
