I can't see any need to get too concerned over a thread started by someone who has only been a member for three weeks.
It didn't read as an insult, to me. I think it was a somewhat self-contradictory post (she started by saying she was thinking of leaving, but happily continued posting elsewhere).
On balance, I'd say it was a little provocative (and why not?), but pretty reasonable.

I loved "Show and Tell" as a kid, and still do.
So "show", "tell", "express" , or "whatever".
All of the above or some of any the above.
I enjoy anything anyone wants to write or share,
in whatever format each chooses to use.
I enjoy Mescalero stopping by sharing his music,
richie lurking and stimming and presenting
mesmerizing tunes. Postie's family photos.
lol cat pics and captions. Words of wisdom and
rants of the day. Solutions offered to another's
problems. Tales of how one's day went. Lau's astronomical
astronomological prognostications and photos. Discussions of the worst
political crimes we have ever committed. Determining
which polish best shines land mines. Drummings, African
music, member music, ...well heck - member pictures,
and member musings and humor of any sort.
Rating the best way to dispose of a dead neighbor left at your
back door by a pack of stray coyotes that you don't in any way,
shape, form, or fashion own.
And Alice in Chains.And soon to be congrats to Morning After. And everything else.
It's all good!
Lurking and stimming as usual.....
It has been a while since anyone posted any African music...
I remember seeing the anthem being performed and the Burundi Drummers...

I suggest some serious working out or pulling trees out of the ground and relocating them with your own two hands. Maybe some sledge hammering of tires. Any lllloooonnnnggg marathons happening around there? Dude, you really need to get rid of some of that energy!

I wrote it down and posted it on my fridge. I think it was Krex who said that by keeping our pain to ourselves we are robbing the people who care about us of the chance to care and be close to us (or something close to that). I had forgotten that but don't think I will again. I am always the one who people come to. It is difficult to be the person who needs when you have always been the one who is needed.
