Howdy hi Nan and Lauri! I'll be back later. I'm feeling energized and have to go run to burn some of it off. Boadicea huh? Is that like a cheese grater? For snakes? (Boa dice-a)

Chuck runs away, from the groans and arrows of the throng.

somebody throw a rock at that man.

Don't think it's needed, those throngs look and sound very uncomfortable to me. Kind of looks like...err no, that image of Chuck in a throng isn't very pleasent to me. I sure wouldn't hang it in the Louvre. The grass skirt image I would though.

that is a damned scary mental image, postie. 8O

And some wise person said "life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you'll get". Wow, they were way wiser then I had ever thought. I'm in between a rock and hard place on this one. Choices. Do I pinch them or do I do a little nibble test first?

I'd try that pixie poo though. I have dreams about those Mystical Mounds it says on the package. Freud told me it was just because I was thirsty and I should get up and have a glass of warm milk. Sounds like a plan, well, except I don't like milk. Might be a message in that, I'll check on the milk carton. No wait, I just heard the ring of the microwave, that means the pudding is done. I like warm pudding, it has milk in it ya know. It's chocolate this time too, life is good.

Apparently you can wear mystical mounds like a hat. Sort of like the half-bum caps of yore.

Oh. Why did I have to pursue the donkey business? I googled donkey and came upon what I thought might be an interesting beverage to serve around the holidays. Jesus, now I have knowledge that I never wished to have, and see why this donkey poo business caused Chuck to ad little blushing smilies to his post. I wanna go back to Kansas.

Huh? I did? Well then....They followed me home. They won't eat much honest, can I keep em? I'll take care of them I promise.

Yes, of course! But I don't want to have to take over their care like I did with the hamster, guacamole, pangolin, and chamois. If you decide to keep them they are your responsibility. I don't want to find their parched skeletons hidden in the closet like last time.

what do you feel guacamole, Chuck? Do you have to get a litter box for them or can you train them to go out side?

Who had a VERY vivid dream of a nice goat wanting to come in her window last night. .. it was determined and on some sort of mission to get in. How very odd.

News from around the world:

They tried to cure boredom in Berlin and spent this day (well, actually, the night) in 1961 building a very large wall.

The Brits said "No more killing one another!... except for those currently on death row!", and so banned their death penalty in 1964. After just a few more. But no more after this day in 1964.

The Cape of Good Hope, ceded by the Dutch, was immediately made a British colony in 1814.

Hurricane Dean happily plays in the ocean.

In a Kenyan newspaper called The Standard today, a news report that their public universities will be lowering their admittance score requirements this year... (lowered standards? Will the newspaper have to change its name to The Lowered Standard?)

According to the Spanish Sun John Palmer, AKA "Gold Finger" (for his involvement in the Brinks Matt robbery, Britain's biggest ever gold Bullion heist) has been arrested for being the head of a crime gang based in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. (He wasn't arrested for the gold heist...?!?)

35 year old Canadian Karen Jepp of Calgary, Alberta has given birth to rare identical quadruplets: Autumn, Brooke, Calissa, and Dahlia.

Qingdao, China: Qingdao International Beer festival kicked off 16 days of hearty brew swilling last Saturday on the grounds of its massive amusement park. Adults can drink and ride roller coasters, while the children drink Coke and play with glow sticks. (Now why does this sound like such a bad. BAD, BAAAAADDD idea? Hmmmmm....)

Hey Merle! :)

Whoops! did I say guacamole? I meant Whack-a-Mole. The dream you had of a goat was the actual chamois that Postie has been neglecting, and it was hungry and needed your love and attention, and to tell you what a bad boy Postie has been. In all likelihood.

Snitch! :P

How else can you tell if guaca mole has eaten enough worms? You feel his stomach, and if full, burp him, and then put him back in his burrow.
