hiya,

ayt the moment mine is a bit more screwed up thatn normal, at the moment i seem to be spending mots of the night doing special intrests, then sleeping most of the morning. I also hate the dreams i get so i try to avoid them.

I quite often sit awake at night worrying about stuff, and quite often get overloads at night too.

last night i was buidling up my X22 stealth suit (TAU - Warhammer) untill about 3AM, but it is not uncommon for me to be making stuff, experimenting with lego, or even just learning stuff online untill 4-5AM....

when i do sleep it normally quite interupted, but it does get better if i sleep in my den. also i tend to have few hours of lion time a day. that heklps alot
