I sat here for 30 minutes panicking about saying hello.

I live in Melbourne too.

Melbourne Fl was named by its Post Master. There was a postal district and he was asked to name it. Since he used to live in Melbourne Australia, he named it Melbourne. (so I am told). Anyway, our Melbourne came first (1837). The City is older. The original name was Bearbrass (which I like better)

They changed the name to suck up to the English Prime Minister at the time, the 2nd Viscount Melbourne

I buckled under the pressure of the spelling nazi's....I even use my spell check, most of the time....hasn't done much for my grammar or long winded off topic rants.

There was no reason to sit at your computer panicking for a half hour about saying hello!

Anyway, welcome to the forum!

Now that it sounds like you are just like every single one of us here, do you think that you really have a disorder similar to what we have?

Case in point, we're a very good group here and we will listen to you. That is most definitely true!

I hope you enjoy posting!

Thank you!

I could sit for just about that long thinking about what kind of a person you are!

I don't really know how to take that. so. um. my favorite snack is saltine crackers with a slice of pickle and a slice of cheddar cheese.

I'm the resident Stephen King nut/Crimson King and Flagg combined in one.

I also transform into Sean Connery when I hear Scottish music.

Welcome
