Ghosthunter, I've been bloodletting (that's a good word for it, by the way) since I was 15 and decided to move out into the world instead of running away. It was a process that kinda happened in stages - for a year or two I'd be devoting most of my energy to breaking through shields, then I'd slip back, then I'd start again with a different person. There was certainly a chain of logic I followed though. It's a long story that I won't post here, but if you want to PM me we could talk. I'm 21 now and I'm almost through, and it's an amazing thing.

it became very apparent in a very short time that we had been cut out of the same cloth. And I honetsly don't think I would ever have solved the mystery of myself without havign met her, or soemone like her.

I met someone just like me when I was in grade 8. We were immediately compatible and he ended up becoming my very first close friend. Unfortunately I never realized how much we had in common. He was finally diagnosed with AS when he was in his 30's. He told me all about it several years ago and I *still* didn't make the connection until just last month.
