If by progress you mean a general improvement in my ability to cope with and handle situations in an acceptable manner, then yes, I suppose I have, little bits at a time. But interestingly, I have pretty much had to start putting together my own little "system" based on my own analyses of how life works. However, I have learned the hard way that analysis and implementation are universes apart. So the answer to your question is yes and no LOL.
