Unfortunately, the highway guys don't use that neat sign at freeway entrances here in the USA and I wish that they did, along with several others common in Europe (in the same manner that the red octagon STOP sign, RYG traffic signals and the 'yield' sign are all USA innovations that were adopted in Europe). Also, the big signs on freeways here are generally green instead of cobalt blue.
I also have an animated version of that avatar that I added traffic to, maybe someday I'll use it.
