I'm Australian and was diagnosed early last year.
It's not impossible.
It could take some time, however.
You need to be persistent.
(I'm female, btw, despite what my profile says)

This mirrors my own experience. There's possibly even more aimed at "third party" adults, parents and partners, than autistic adults. At least in my area.

Here is a link to the Tony Atwood clinic, He himself is not taking new referrals but there is an email and contact number that might be of use in finding out more and as I said before lead to resources in your local area.
