That's a myth. There is a porn industry, but from what I understand it's very small. The myth of Swedish porn probably comes in part from the works of controvercial writer/director Vilgot Sjöman in the seventies. Not a pornographer per se, but his films dealt with morality and sexual taboos among other things, and contained some pretty graphic sex scenes. Swedish film gained a reputation for being quite pornographic, and that sort of grew into Sweden's reputation of having a large porn industry, which is entirely false.
I don't watch porn myself, and the only Swedish pornstar I've heard of works in the US. I believe her handle is Puma Swede or something like that.
