I took the fake smiles test and got perfect. But only because i knew that real smiles are accompanied by a usually involentary squinting. So a fake smile would have only the mouth move, but a real smile would have a very small amount of squinting. This is also why i can fake a smile, because i can move those muscles( it isn't exactly squinting, but that is the overall effect, very few people have voluntary control over those muscles.)
