I am a 22 yo male with full blown aspergers and here's what my aspergers looks like:

social moronicness and cluelessness - check!
extreme difficulty making friends - check!
awkward in daily social interactions - check!
I may look normal - no, my face looks blank and depressed
"the image is ruined when I open my mouth" - that's me in university and at work :) when we do group projects my classmates and colleagues say things like "wow? how did you remember that?" but when we are done with the work and start casually talking the group looks at me like "what the hell is this guy talking about - is he high?"

I also feel much relieved from talking to people with aspergers problems.
