I have the feeling that you are not accepting yourself as you are. You may be hiding it to yourself as well.

Having problem with bright lights is quite common among autistic symptoms.

Ya, I don't know. Maybe it never really bothered me that much. I usually keep things to myself.

Honestly, I think you should see another psychiatrist, that knows autism, and ask for a diagnosis.

OK I will. I never had bad relationships, except with my parents.

Ok. This relationship issue with your parents maybe a major element of your depression, and may be completely independant from your Asperger if you have one.

Just take into consideration that all I told you is my personal opinion and you should ask other people to compare what they tell you to build yourself the whole picture. But you cannot find the answers about your very personal questions in other people. You are the best source of information for understanding yourself.

Ya, I just don't know. I mean the light sensitivity could be from migraines too. The brain is so complicated...I just don't know. I'm trying to find Asperger's symptoms that I don't have. It's been hard to find. Most of them are very mild. The only thing that really bothers/affects me is being social/showing emotion. It's really hard.

Anyways, thanks for the help.

I would rather say that migraines can be caused by light sensitivity. Anyway, it's pointless to flee from the idea that you have autistic symptoms. It's not about judging yourself, but about understanding and knowning youself. It is always better to know so that you can do better choices.

I repeat myself, but you cannot rely on others to know who you are. Other people are like mirrors, but with much distortion.

You're welcome.
