You're mixed, obviously half-asian, no?
I bet you have a bf.
She said she was full Filipino earlier.
Oh, well that's just great. :]]
I'm (Mixed)Filipino too. :'D
AHHH Sorry for the late replies, I'm taking classes this summer and it is "finals week" and I get super stressed, study intensely and shut down socially, in real life and online.
LexiconDoll- Oh cool, Hi! Do you feel really "in touch" with your Filipino side (speak/understand Tagalog, eat Filipino food, hang out with Filipinos)? Even with 2 filipino parents I feel very Americanized. Btw you look really cute and stylish, I like your glasses, are they Rx? I am more into function than fashion but I love accessory glasses (my Rx is so high I just wear contacts bc the glasses are too thick and heavy to stay on my face)
Kiseki- I love Japan and all things Japanese, so I wish

Are you full Japanese?
The_Face_of_Boo- I haven't had a bf in over 2 years

mostly by choice but it's also been tough to "get" someone who "gets" me ... I think a lot of people with AS can understand
MONIQUEIJ- I love your hair. It's so shinyyy and you pull off those bangs well. Always wanted bangs but hate getting haircuts.
ironangel (edited: sorry!)- Re: Trichotillomania/dermatillomania, I wish I could be of more help but honestly I still struggle with both. Sometimes it helps to hide the tweezers and cut my nails super short, but I usually end up still picking at my face/hair, usually in private but even in public. Mindfulness/breathing techniques and yoga help sometimes but often just delay the inevitable. This is weird and sorry for the TMI but sometimes I pick at the skin/tiny hairs on my hands because it is less noticeable than doing it to my face

Maybe you could try just keeping your hands busy with knitting or crafts (jewelry making is fun too) or just have a bracelet or rubber band you can play with instead of picking...Hope you find something that works for you tho
