Naw still in my cave and staying there, although..... I had to go out today to go to the shrink. It went well considering. The Wife (the b***h) thought it was rambling, but he was following me just fine and I felt it was a fairly good meeting. Med doing some long term over all changes that are taking some getting use to. Hard to explain. Living on Valium it seems like at times but that's something different and we discussed what we may do about it, which believe it or not the bastard listened for a f*****g change about people with AS not reacting to the dose for meds the same and in shorter time frames.

Now as to the typical bull s**t f*****g VA system at work... no councilor, only a temp now that doesn't know me or my story while they try to fill the gap, which could take forever. Now that wouldn't be a bad thing if the doctors in the VA actually did what they do in the real world, but all they do is push pills and leave it to the councilor to do what they should. So it could be a year, it could be months, it could be never for a new councilor. My old one moved "up". He is now is charge of just trying to handle the new ones coming in from the war, corodinating. What and how I have no idea since they're now short at least one more councilor. They need a new waiting room now, the place is f*****g swamped, I think it's called a system in over load and I know they're turning people away.

So as far as leaving Chuck passed out in the bus...I'm about ready to join him. I still know how to self medicate and say what you want about a destructive life style, when you're this age you ain't got that much left to destruct. Since I called The Wife a b***h, all isn't always well in married land and more then a few of us been there, done that one before.

Over all.... The med is still working, just different. The b***h and I will make up, but I may have to kill her if she doesn't stop using the damn co-dependent line on me. I probably won't drink, but it is strong within me to do it, just so I can take a damn mental vacation. The writing is gone, but it may or may not come back. That was always a thing that was never too certain to it's hanging around, so not totally unexpected. I don't give a s**t about ay VA counselor, I've figured this s**t out before and the Doc knows I have, I made damn sure he knew it too and he agreed. I am in a foul mood and I pity that one that crosses me, because I don't have Banphobia on this web site any more. Calandale got banned and I am one pissed off mother f****r because of it.

Now ain't you all just happy pleased I came back to give you an update? Don't really answer, I probably won't see it for a few days if not longer. You guys is friends, always, I'll try to return if life ever hits an even keel again. So that's my f*****g rant for the moment and I will now go find a f*****g snark and kill the son of a b***h and disappear back into la la land.

Eat a muffin daily and be sure to pass them out freely.

Thanks for your insightful and caring words, Merle! I have actually cried myself sick. An acquaintance said that this would be a good time for the Serenity Prayer. I have to agree with her, although my usual reaction to being told to pray, has been irritation. I'm going to bed, I think. Thanks, to everyone in the Cafe!

The Young Ones? Heh! Silly of me not to have guessed. And I don't know what Raph is talking about with all the "Last Person to Post thread exploding" stuff. There are so many wet razzberries being blown in there that is it too damp for anything to blow up.
