I made home-made chocolate pudding from scratch and a spice cake. Should those be on the menu? (I had never thought to make pudding without using pudding mix until today

. Talk about spoiled!)Go you! Yesterday I made a gi-normous batch of salmon rissoles with chives. Xan had a friend over and was showing her the finer points of Metroid Prime Echoes. Then they decided they wanted to bake something. After much advice from yours truly, and much flour distributed everywhere around the kitchen, they produced some tasty shortbread biscuits.

That's when you'll know I've lost it! While you are at it can you knit me an "Afghan"? It's getting pretty chilly as of late. Must be freezing around your
neck of the woods.

Actually, it's been quite pleasant here. It drops down to about -3C here at night but gets up to between 8C and 15C in the afternoon. As long as the wind is howling it won't get too cold. We had gust of 100km this afternoon. 
I'll have to put you on my knitting list. I'm currently about 4 projects behind.

Well, Richie, I bid you well with your quest to have 3,000 posts before 600 pages.
Those knitting projects are calling my name and I have yet to figure out how to type with my feet while I knit with my hands. (Believe me, I've contemplated it! )
