There was something I was meaning to say.

It'll come to me in a minute.

Talk amongst yourselves for a while.

I'm sure I'll remember what it was.

Hm.

Was it to do with jelly?

No.

Erm.

I give in.

When I think of it, I'll come back.

Unless I think of it before I hit the "Su

Hidy ho, neighborinos!

An URBAN LEGEND has sprung up about the "Pipe Dream" Animusic video. Farm machinery, the Smithsonian, too funny!

It always gives me a giggle to think how gullible some people are. And it amazes me how easily such a story can be started.
When I worked in Waterton National Park, we got a real kick out of the tourists and some of the ridiculous ideas they had. Like the lady that was telling her son that bear bells were to attract the bears so they would come close enough that you could feed them. I didn't play around with that one because I wasn't quite sure she wouldn't tie a steak around the kids neck just to get a good picture.
The best was when a man from Boston came in and asked me what we did the animals in the winter. I was speechless. The manager was a quick-witted, sharp-tongued woman who loved to mess with people. She told him the mountain goats and deer went to a farm, the bear, cougar and wolves went to the zoo and the birds migrated, of course. He looked pleased, turned to go, stopped and asked, "What about the fish?" 8O She didn't miss a beat as she replied, "Don't you know that the fish in Canada grow fur in the winter?" The poor man went and told the group he was with exactly what she told him. I sure hope there was someone in the group that was smart enough to realize they had been told a whopper.

 Sorry, not sure where all that came from. I hadn't thought about in years.

 (I liked Neutral Milk Hotel (disbanded years ago) because Jeff Mangum is so bizarre. I was afraid his song "Two-Headed Boy" (especially with his strange voice ) would be a little much for this forum. Now I know it would be. Sorry!

Have a good evening all!

You never know who is reading or listening to our posts. Nothing personal was intended at all. I'm sorry if it seemed that way.

Q. How does a blind bungee-jumper know when they've reached the bottom?
A. The lead goes slack.

My ol' man won't open wine bottles with anything else. They cost a bit more than other cork pulling devices, but they last forever. Like those Swing-A-Way handheld can openers that go on and on and on and never die, and outlast several relationships. :D

Edit: I just KNEW you'd understand!

Here's another music video. It stops abruptly, perhaps the maker felt the animation had already taken enough effort.
