I've been Lucky, I've been a Louse, I've been a Lover, I've been a Loner, been Lousy, been Lazy, I've been a....oh what the 'L, I can't be a Lurker if I keep typing.

I'm not into TV on a regular basis. I like "My Name is Earl" and awful lot, but even when that's on, I don't go into the living room to watch very often. I'll catch it on when it goes into syndication and is on at a more conducive hour. However, I do like movies, some, specially old B flicks and some of the stranger current. Fit's into my night routine as well.

On the 2nd of this coming month, this coming Sunday (Dec. 2nd, here in the states) the Sc-FI channel is having a mini serious type movie called Tinman. Take off on The Wizard of Oz, which is one of my all time favorite screen plays and movie. Anyone else looking forward to this one?

I am having all sorts of problems getting onto the internet. I have a new computer. I am trying to install skype, but can't do it! i'm busilying deleting newfangled acrobat stuff and that's how I got back onto WP which is my start up programme.

Not fair! Not airing on SciFi UK anywhere in the foreseeable future.

Looks quite good. SciFi.com let me watch some of the trailers. Then it got silly and started showing me adverts only and/or saying "not available in your area".

Still, at least I can (hopefully) look forward to Northern Lights, even though it has been mis-titled as The Golden Compass

Pretty stuff

OH, COOL!! Which yarn did you order? The owner of the shop I work in just ordered some of the Black Pearl Cashmere DK. It is so soft and cheaper than most other suppliers. I was bugging her about the fact that we didn't have any cashmere at all. I know it is rather pricey but knitters should have that choice if they want it. (I'm feeling pretty smart and important, can you tell?? )

Be sure to post pics of the dolls and hats when you make them. I'd love to see them.

Hi Blessedmom...I ordered the "Monsoon Winds hand spun wool"...Those are some of my favorite colors(rust,turquise),should make interesting dreadlock hair.

I am off to do the part I most dread...taking piictures of some of the "vintage cloths I have and writing up descriptions and pricing them.I am no good at this "business thing"...I dont know the appropriate "fashion talk" to use...'bout all I know about stuff is...it's made out of silk(I think)and is sorta blue and pretty as heck.

This should be interesting.I will probably back soon screaming for some "tech advice when I can't load my pics or they come out fuzzy.I did find a new site that you can crop and size photos(free....yeah for free stuff).I think I will probably over-price the vintage stuff because I secretly want to use the fabric for "art projects"(thats why I bought the cloths...I seldom wear anything but pajamaz,lol.

If anyone knows anything about "vintage anything...feel free to help me with pricing or discriptions...I'm pretty lost here.(I wish someone else could do this part and just let me get busy making stuff...that's the fun part.

Another problem with the pics is I live in a cave.....I need to try and get some light in this dungeon to take good pics.This vampire lighting is just not going to cut it.
