More crunchy goodness from The Editors. And they're Australian, it seems. How did I miss that!? When Triple J plays "An End Has a Start" and then runs the "It's Oz Music Month!! !" promo, I should pay attention already!

Feel like I'm jumping into the middle of things here, but I thought I'd drop in on the cafe.
I'm only 39, but feel 65 lately, and I'm always very creaky.
I'm fairly new, both to WP and to my diagnosis.
Is there anything I should know about posting here?

Hi Duncanbass! Welcome here and welcome to WP. I'm the token NT around the place.

I'm sure you have found your home. Most of the oldies here have only been diagnosed in the past year or more recently so you are in good company.

Robyn

Well, thank you all! It's nice to have finally found home!
Nan, on the sanity...too late.
blessedmom...thanks for the warning
Deaconblues...with a picture like that, yes you are
nannarob...thank you for the welcome
I'll be dropping in from time to time. I don't know if I'm silly. Dry sense of humor, y'know. But I can dig silly.

Hi, Duncanbass, welcome to the Cafe. I am a part time lurker here, but it's my home away from home. Have a cuppa and a muffin!

Just one thing to add, Duncan- this is a friendly and suportive thread. If you are ever offended please understand that no slight was intended.

Well, nannarob, I will remember that. Thank you.

lau, question: does the assimilation hurt? If one's sanity is already somewhat disrupted, does one even notice the assimilation?

For some unknown reason, Tolstoy's line from Anna Karenina just popped into my head:

Leo Tolstoy wrote:
Happy families are all alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.

Except that here in the Café, each of us Dino-Aspies seems to revel in his/her own unique flavour of insanity. When I first got here, I remember having a lovely discussion with Postpaleo and Lau about the proper condiments to use when cooking dog.
