Now... if I can just figure out how to make Skype and WP get along and play nicely together, my happiness will be complete!

(for a while, anyway) :D

I wouldn't mind replacing the memory I have. They can do that now? But you do know, the longer you live the more you have. Unless of course you forget some, I can't remember if I did or not.

Depends, if it's running together but just running slow, could be Internet connection or memory (RAM). I would guess those two to be about top on the list. I could think of a couple three other things to check that wouldn't cost anything if you would like the suggestions. Mostly good house keeping and checking a couple of settings. Another consideration would be CPU power, but now you're talking a different animal. Really depends on what you have now.

i'm a little shy (being drunk, hub served me drinks and i'm not used to it)

i would (omg typing is a disaster, i erase 80%)
like to

say

something
about the fact
that i feel so

incredibly at ease with you all,
consider the cafe as a second home
and don't feel (as might happen so often)
as an outlaw

even if i'm not very verbal,
if i don't know what to say/write so often

wish you all the best for 2008 ! !! !
(i wanted to post a nice image but am not able to tonight apparently ...)

hm, i almost sound emotional don't i :-)
(that's because i need to trigger every button trice :-) )

...

:o

:-)

etc ...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Oh Lemon (hic) you are soo funny! I'm so glad that you found this place. I'm also glad that I found this place. The chances of either of us landing here were remote - you from Belguim and me form planet Earth!

Browser cache size might be the sticking point. Will have to look into that. Thanks everyone who made suggestions. :)

And oh, by the way,

You've outdone yourself, SD. Hi Merle!

There's a low here which has given us gusty winds and squalls. I garden when it is not showery, and do wretched housework when it is too wet.

Housework  I got a new vacuum cleaner for Christmas, one that makes a low-pitched noise when it's on so as not to hurt my ears. I have discovered by the amount of dust the new vacuum is accumulating on the HEPA filter that the horrible racket the old made was not it's only problem. I've been vacuuming and emptying the filter on and off for 5 days.

HAPPY NEW YEARS in 5.5 hours
I, non-drinker, hereby resolve to drink something
1/2 beer will knock me out, so I'll do it fast right around midnight
