I put myself on Wp ban until the new year....work was insain the past 2 weeks(140 dogs)and I am still trying to learn the business end of "Etsy"......spending to much money on "supplies" and have several ideas but scared to death of "opening the shop"....(goodness...what if someone buys something and I have to figure out how to mail it).

I decided that I am not a natural capatilist....I have no interest in marketing, saying cleer things to convince people to buy, keep lists of supply costs and hours spent "making stuff" to figure out prices for selling, taking a good picture to post item,advertising....yawn.I just want to make stuff.....I have a "worker mentality" not an owner mentality.

I was thinking it would be nice if someone wanted to take a few minutes to summerize the last 100 pages when we get close to the "number that can not be mentioned".....I miss you all and want to know what has been going on in your lives but am to scatter-brained to make it through the past two weeks of pages.

Hope you all have a underba? new year......off to mail my (as usual)late Christmas presents to my family.

about skype...I loaded it but hadn't used it yet.Several times it started "ringing?" and my computer froze,so I got rid of it.Not sure what was causing that but my computer seems to crash less with out it.

What Lau says about the youtube boxes appears to be true but hadn't bothered my computer.
When I added Skype to the mix, I began having problems with my browser. I thought it may be WP and Skype because it is WP that seems to freeze most often. I have to close off all tabs and restart the IE. It has also happened when I have been searching other pages, but I always have at least 3 tabs (Yeah, I know, Lau, ONLY 3? ) open. And one is always WP, of course.

It never happens when I don't have Skype open.

There's a new mystery for you, Lau. :D

I have never used the Skype IE add-in (a toolbar?), mainly as I never use IE.

I upgraded to 3.6 a couple weeks ago. I'll have to try having Skype open at the same time as my browser and see if it is indeed fixed.

Zanne stumbles out of the closet (where she's been writing for months in a secret room), collapses into her egg chair and takes a puff of flavored tobacco off the hookah. EWWWW! Who's idea was that? She wonders why humans think it's important to socialize at the holidays. So much writing time lost.

So what's been happening????

Are we having a happy 2008 or what?

Welcome back....

Gosh! You obviously waited until I had to remove "Messier 58" from my custom rank. Now, M59 just isn't so pretty.

Hello everyone I hope you all had a safe and pleasant New Years celebration.....
I got addicted to the "Count to a million thread" now I have at least 20 tabs and three note-pads
open so I post my favorite (guess which kind?) numbers...
It was pretty quiet in town last night... I didn't hear the usual gun fire and sirens that marred
so many holidays in the past.
