Who are the Chargers? I don't know anything about sports. They have it on at my nail salon and the noise makes my head go crazy. Too much input. I remember dh made me go to some games with the big wigs from work. There was too much noise and it seemed like the whole place reeked of beer. It was probably my senses inflating the whole experience. Oh and the flashing signs they have bothered my eyes. It was not a good experience. He likes that sort of thing so he goes alone now.

Postie, I just have to stay away from the masses, NT, AS or otherwise. It's that simple. I think I'll force their eyes open and make them watch Janis Joplin until they straighten up. They'll be cured all right!

I do wonder what ever happened to the video of her at Woodstock, they have never showed it all or I've never seen it. They had a Joshua Light Show up behind her for part of her act. And while she performed they had a negative of her on the sheet screen where the light show played around her image. And of course the slits in the sheet screen where still in it, it damn near collapsed the stage when it caught the wind when they first put it up with out a way for the air to escape.

Yeah Thats part of it. That floated back some memorys. The camara view was a bit better then what I saw at a little more distance and it's kind of nice to be able to watch it and not have your ass caked in mud.

It's kind of funny what acts that you didn't expect to get you up to dance, such a pleasant surprise and some that were better known just kind of didn't get ya there. CCR was kind of like a recording and who the hell is this Mountain band, I knew who the bassist was but never heard them and I swear you could about see an electric arc of energy around West's solos. Johnny Winter, my god he was good. Alvin Lee was just a hookin that guitar. The Who kicked ass and took no prisoners and in the midnight hour there was more more more. The Dead had to play with only stage amps for most of it, the big speakers went out, but Patty boogied all through the act. Dead Heads, what can you say about them? Loved her anyway. What a rush.

For the life of me I just cannot remember what other act had the Light Show going too. There were only two acts that had it and I just can't remember. Almost seems like it was The Who, but I just can't find the mental image of it. But while watching your kind vids I now remember it had the full version of her up in color and would switch to the negative type view (black and white). Errr maybe, pretty sure it did, well it was, even if no one else saw it, so it must be so.

Snuck one in on me? Good shot of the towers. Dorks would climb up on them and the bands would stop till we chanted them down. Although a couple of them put on a pretty good show with nude tower dancing. I do recall one especially gifted dancer, he had all the great sky bird steps down pretty well and nakit as the day he was born.

Didn't see the Airplane, don't know where I was or what I was doing. Having a good time I have no doubt, but no clue. Didn't see them play till a few years later and Ms Slick was heavy with child.

Not lazy at all I just never thought of using Woodstock as a search word. I was trying to do it by group. What will they think of next. Call me stupid (just don't wear it out) yes, but lazy never. I'm comfortably (on good days) numb (on most days) these days, thankyouverymuch, it can be deceiving. Besides your link is better, I forgot what year it was. No not this one, give me a few more days and I won't be able to tell you. 1969? That far back? Yikes, we gettin older then mud Woodstock sister. I still think we saw each other there, it was preordained to happen. The Tao at work.
