Good morning everyone!

Thought I'd stop by the café for a muffin and a cup of decaf.

I see the morning crowd is in today.

Hope you're having a good one. In any case, it's Friday, and we have the weekend coming up.

Let's see. This weekend I need to finish setting up the used table saw I bought a couple of weeks ago; I need to start working on the d*** cat tree that I bought the materials for and meant to start a month ago. Grocery shopping, laundry -- the usual suspects.

My adult daughter who lives with me (NT) has a lot of weekend activities planned, so it will be me and the dog (hers) and cats (mine).

Anyone else have anything planned?

You're always welcome to stop in.

I knew I had heard "Could be worse -- could be raining" quote before, but I was drawing a blank on it. I cheated and Googled it: Yount Frankenstein -- Igor (eye-gore) to Dr Frankenstein (Fronk-in-steen) (sorry, you have to see the movie for that!) while digging up a corpse. I love that movie!

Here's an oldie for you from one of my favorite movies: "What was I supposed to do - call him for cheating better than me, in front of the others?"

You're not really bad, you're just drawn that way. (Movie trivia, anyone?)

Jessica Rabbit.

Are you sure? I was thinking that might be her sister, Annette. Funny, one would think that family would have big ears.

Jessica was voiced by Kathleen Turner, who created quite the sultry voice for Jessica.

Every Jeresy girl knows that secret, hair spray, at least 3 cans a day. The rehabs are full of them, it's a very hard habit to break.

Well, not BEING a Jeresygirl....

See, I knew Postal was doing an experiment. To see what happened to her...hair. Yup. Such sacrifices he makes for science.

His poor wife.
